Rolling Out The Ajax Navigation

Some of you have been in contact letting me know that only half my site uses the new Ajax menu.

This is a problem I am fully aware of and it should be sorted by the end of today.

The new menu looks significantly better than the old menu though it does have one problem - it has no memory.

This means that as users travel around the site, the menu option the last click on does not stay revealed. Instead, it goes back to its original state.

Okay so it does not have that much of an effect but it is still nice to take a bit of pride in what you do!

Most of the menu tabs are static HTML pages but two are dynamic PHP pages - that is, they update themselves (on the DBFCS server). The pages held over at Compare Sat Nav (the ones that have yet to see this new Ajax menu) cannot automatically update as it is held on a remote server.

This means that I will have to create static pages for Compare Sat Nav but that is a small price to pay for what is essentially much better than the old CSS based menu.
