Okay, nothing really to shout about but it is better than no sales!

The total amount of sales is now 11, and has bumped the conversion rate up to 0.35% (today) from the average of 0.20%.

In other news, I am currently working on a massive shopping portal using data feeds for anyone and everyone.

The potential of this is huge as each product has it's own SEO'ed .html page, with an SEO'ed URL.
 
At the moment, I have access to several hundred product feeds. Some of these feeds have hundreds of thousands of products and I can create an equal amount of pages. It's like having every product sold on a high street in one place. A virtual Tesco if you will!

I am just finishing off making it look nice and making sure that error handling works too. As these feeds will be updated weekly (another manual task unfortunately) , hundreds of products could be created or could disappear. This means that I could end up with a lot of 404 errors whereas I can redirect those errors back to the home page.

I am not sure where this site is going. I think the site I originally wanted to write about real estate will be axed and replaced with this.

Mind you, I will probably change my mind by next week!
