I have 'launched' Smart and Green, a Shopping Portal.

Whereas Compare Sat Nav is a price comparison site, Smart and Green is more of a virtual catalogue.

So why did I bother and how much will this benefit me?
 
The trick with Smart and Green is that it is full of SEO'd URLs. Infact, as one page is created for every product listed, by the end of January 2007, I could have tens of thousands of pages on my site.

I am relying upon Google to deliver traffic to my site and have created extensive sitemaps.

I will admit that this site probably won't earn terrific amounts but it will certainly help towards costs.

I will also admit the name isn't snazzy for a shopping site. That's what happens when you decide on an idea, purchase a domain name and then change your mind on what to do with it!

Smart and Green is powered by custom code and product feeds. These feeds will be updated monthly in reality, though I would like to update them more frequently.
