How depressing is it writing about these?!

I suppose that if you are into you mortgages then it is OK but it is as dull as dishwater to me.

I am not interested in loans and mortgages but I am more than willing t see if I can make some money out of them!
 
So what exactly am I doing (besides becoming mind numbingly bored)?

I am setting up a website. I think I will just list offers on there for mortgage providers, etc.

I will then apply to some affiliate programs and add some banners.

Then I add a nice helping of PPC visitors (the scary part because loans, mortgages and insurance is a highly competitive area), and hey presto, a money pot.

Perhaps not but it will take around 2 days to build the site and add some basic content, plus the same to get approved by the affiliates.

By the end of next week, the site should be up and running properly and hopefully with some good results to show in the next few weeks. As the main source of initial traffic is PPC, the site should have almost instantaneous results, unlike Compare Sat Nav which is more SEO based.

As for Computer Chooser, it is crying out for some new content so I need to do that.

The property site needs some more unique ideas before it is launched.

This money making malarky takes time!
