Perhaps I have bitten off more than I can chew!

The diet website idea is no more. After doing some keyword research, the KEI values that Wordtracker retrieves are all less than 1 (i.e. don't touch these with a barge pole).

I suppose I shouldn't be too disappointed! But it does mean I have to go back to the drawing board.
 
As for the property site, the Wordtracker competition analysis tool suggests that this may be OK. I am looking into a relatively new area of property that lacks tremendous competition.

However, this idea may be dropped too, in favour of creating a niche portal with several subsections.

Too many ideas, so little time....
