Amazon And Marks and Spencer?

Have I missed something? Since when did Amazon and Marks and Spencer pair up?

Amazon powered by Marks and Spencer

The worrying thing here is that Amazon state that I am ordering from M&S despite shopping on, and placing an order through the official Amazon website for items to be fulfilled directly by Amazon!

I'm sure this is just a mistake but it would be great to find out why this came about and whether M&S and Amazon are partnering up in the near future.

Lots of high street brands sell on Amazon, not unusual. Always worth checking who the seller actually is in the item description.

My basket was for items I was purchasing from Amazon direct, not from sellers.

The image above shows the login screen just before payment.

Even if you buy something from sellers, that will be shown in the basket, not on the login screen.
