I am not sure about this product I have stumbled across: Build a Niche Store. It's not a new product but it is certainly very interesting.
Basically, you tell it an eBay category number and it creates a set of pages based on live eBay results.
I have some reservations about buying it but I also think it looks to be a great piece of software.
For
- A live, self updating niche store that uses the world's best auction site as it's basis.
- A base for rapid development of niche websites.
- Built-in eBay affiliate links
- It seems to integrate well with Google AdSense
Against- $97 is a lot for something that doesn't generate enough income (though I suppose it will generate as much as the effort I put into it)
- All the demos look identical so I would question it's flexibility
Summary
Using this
US coffee demo as an example, the store itself has a PageRank of 0, an
Alexa rank less than this site and a WHOIS registration date of April 2006. Now taking my traffic as a basis, I can't imagine this site making stacks of cash, if any from it's
eBay listings.
That's concerning.
Some of the demos are different and have a PageRank of 4 and an
Alexa ranking of thousands rather than hundreds of thousands.
It comes back to time and money I think. Is $97 too expensive when added to the time I will have to spend developing niche sites? Or is $97 a small amount compared to what I will earn?
Having been stung by some '$97
ClickBank purchases' before, I am hesitant to splash out the cash for
Build a Niche Store.
I will contact the chaps behind
