Sometimes we all need a kick up the proverbial bottom and that's what I'm doing here.

I need to go through my sites and see where I need to improve.
 
Compare Sat Nav

The site is OK but not great. I need to take another look at the navigation and try to boost the visitors entering the site.

As the PageRank jumped to 4, the conversion rate jumped from 0.2% to 0.3%. This is OK but needs improving again.

There still is no mailing list which is poor.

SEO descriptions are still lacking and so too is the 'reviews' section (probably won't be reviews in the strictest sense of the word!).

There is also a distinct lack of backlinks, which for a site that relies on search engines is poor.

Just seems to all be poor!

Gifts of Crystal

All is going well. It is starting to see some natural visitors from the search engines.

Whilst it is ultra SEO optimised, it too has zero back links.

There is a news section on there where I intend to write about the most searched for products. So, if this week everyone is searching for Swarovski Giant Chaton, can write a piece about it.

Overall verdict: Promising

Make Us Happy

What a waste of space! I'll leave it there until I can be bothered to do something else with it.

Overall verdict: Pants. No, worse - probably bloomers.

Again, this is quite promising but is not a tight enough niche.

So overall, life's not great at the moment on this project. But there is only one person to blame and that's me!

I lack focus and am suffering from 'advanced Affiliate Newbie Syndrome'! I'm still being distracted by programs and opportunities that I should not bother with.

So, I will consider myself kicked!
