Drowning In Code!

I've been working on version 2 of Compare Sat Nav today.

I can't give too much away yet but there will be some juicy features in version two.

Usually when I redesign a site, I change the colour scheme. I'm not doing this just yet on Compare Sat Nav though I have created an animated logo!

The layout will be a traditional two column based site, with navigation down the left and content on the right. I've found this is the best looking layout for a site such as Compare Sat Nav.

I'm also dropping the website content management system that I have used on the site, as well as the Price Tapestry script. I have decided that a system built by myself would be more robust and easier to integrate with the rest of the site.

So, that's what I will be doing over the next few weeks.

Apologies in advance for the lack of posts (though I'll probably keep regularly posting here!).

On a completely different note, I've also decided to add a video or two after each seminar, mainly because we all need a bit of a laugh once in a while!

Funny beatboxing video! Though I'm sure Simon Cowell would just call it "distinctly average" - which has became my favourite comment for buskers too.
