Telephone Call From OMG

I've just had a chat with my new account manager at OMG.

I wouldn't usually talk about phone calls (they are not particularly riveting news) but this one was different.

I have never had an email or phone call from any other account manager from any other network.

Yes, I receive service emails that tell me the latest news but nothing that asks my opinion or offers help.

I could now name my OMG account manager but I couldn't name my account manager for the following networks:

Yes, I know that most control panels have details of my account manager but why should I contact them? The only time I contact them is when something goes wrong.

I praise OMG for contacting their affiliates and making sure everything is OK. Hopefully other networks will learn from this.

Hi David, Paid On Results don't operate on a you have this or that account manager when it comes to our Affiliates, every one is pretty much your account manager ;)

We don’t just call Affiliates for any reason, it’s only if we find a genuine fit for your site that you would get a call and normally we try to get an email out at the very least. Besides we couldn’t call you if we wanted, as your phone number is listed as a bunch of 0’s so until that changes I can predict you won’t ever get a call ;)

Please however look on me as your account manager, I will always be happy to field your questions.

Best Wishes,

Clarke
