Nevertheless, there is 24/7 support by Live Chat for the basic queries and a ticket system for in depth queries.

Response times at Host Nine are significantly quicker than I have experienced anywhere else though on occasions, it seems rushed and as a result, a little abrasive. However, I'm sure that's just the setup swaying my judgement and once everything is sorted, I should be cooking with gas.

Meanwhile, I've been busy registering domains and creating some websites. My next problem will be how to keep you up-to-date whilst keeping quiet about these new websites - after all, they are very niche targeted.
