New Tag Cloud Facility

I've just been hunting around for updates to my blog software and come across some updated plugins.
Hence, I now have a tag cloud!
There are too many tags to display as a side bar so I've added a miniature version, with a link to the daddy of tag clouds!
As I said in a post before, this blog will be having another makeover soon, with some new sections and with better navigation and layout, so the tag cloud should look prettier soon!
