Amazon Context Links - A Must Have

I've just taken a look at Amazon's new widget (called Context Links) and I can firmly say - WOW!

The concept has been taken from those annoying mouseover adverts that usually show unrelated or irrelevant adverts.

But what Amazon has done is deliver relevant products and converted what was a good product serving bad adverts into a great product serving great adverts!

All you need to do is add a bit of code (check your Amazon Associate control panel) to the bottom of your webpage before the </body> tag. Fantastic if you build template driven websites as all you have to do is add it to the bottom of your template and all pages follow suit.

It takes about 10 minutes from your first loading of the page to when you can see ads on there, then it's instant thereafter. I've set up a page to demonstrate this about the Hot Fuzz DVD.

Like I said, well worth a look and it saves from manually linking to Amazon in the future! A godsend!

Needless to say, it now features on this website as double underlined red links.

Enjoy!
