Parcel2Go Poor Experience

Jess agreed to send over a box of goodies for the fundraising event I posted about a few days ago.

It turns out that DHL (arranged through Parcel2Go) cannot collect parcels. Twice.
 
They were supposed to collect yesterday and failed with no reason being given.

They were supposed to collect today and failed with no reason being given.

Once is accidental, twice is deliberate in my opinion.

I phoned their customer services number but no joy their as their system was down. Fair play, she rang back 10 minutes afterwards and wasn't sure why it wasn't collected but eager to arrange another collection tomorrow. I've contacted Jess to see what she prefers but it probably makes more sense to use Royal Mail (never thought I'd say that!)

I've used Parcel2Go before and back in the day they were good. But they seem to be worse now than I remember.

Public apologies for Jess who has been messed around over the last couple of days. All she was trying to do was help a good cause and this is the struggle she encouters.

What was a good morning is now a pants afternoon! I'm now officially a glum chum.
