If the industry can have it's own awards, so can I :-D
I only have one award to give and it's on the back of the fact that Affiliate Window just sent a very posh looking case of wine and champagne over to Fiske Towers as a Christmas present. It was certainly an unexpected gift and I am very grateful to those concerned who arranged this.
This year was starting to look very similar to last year where I felt neglected but alas, Awin have saved the day and is the only network this year to acknowledge me and thank me for my work. And for that, I am extremely grateful.
The wine / champers came from Waitrose Wine (WG5034) and came with a sturdy and posh looking wooden case.

Here's what was inside (care of the Waitrose website):
Duval-Leroy Fleur de Champagne Premier Cru NV, France
This is a brut (dry) premier cru champagne with finesse, just right for any celebration. Champagne has a history of women who have made their mark, and behind this stylish champagne is another, Carol Duval-Leroy. She has personally selected this Fleur de Champagne cuvée for high-class restaurants and Waitrose!
Waitrose Saint-Émilion, Hubert de Boüard 2006 Bordeaux, France
Supple and rich red from Saint-Émilion. This is a wonderfully complex and mouth-filling red made from predominately Merlot grapes with some Cabernet Franc. It has a luscious and supple palate showing berry and plum fruit flavours with a slight smokiness. Enjoy this excellent red with roast lamb and winter vegetables.
Andre Tremblay, Les Pierres Blanches 2006 Chablis, Burgundy, France
Deliciously fresh Chablis showing citrussy and flinty notes. A classic Chablis showing subtle citrus fruit flavours on the palate and a flinty, minerally finish. Crisp and fresh yet with a bit of weight, this Chardonnay is a great match to poultry or fish dishes.

Thanks again guys. It really is appreciated and I look forward to switching more links over to you in 2009!
