Towards the end of 2010 Into the Blue, an experience day retailer, ran a tiered affiliate incentive. The more sales you generated the bigger the prize.

I crept up a couple of tiers so received a £25 gift voucher not so long ago.
 


I chose to spend the token on a personalised book which was easy enough to order. A quick phone call to them redeemed the voucher and then I filled in a form on the Internet. A couple of weeks later and the expert works of William Shakespeare have been edited for my benefit :-)

The Into the Blue affiliate program is managed by Rob and Tammy, currently offering between 6% and 12% on sales and is on Affiliate Window.
